Terms and Conditions


Minx Hairdressing Stylists require 24 hour notice for any cancellations OR appointments that need to be rescheduled as we understand that situations arise.

Minx Hairdressing will use reasonable discretion if NO-SHOWS OR REPEAT NO-SHOWS occur. You may be asked for up to 50% costs for compensation. This cancellation policy allows us time to contact clients who are on our waiting list as well as keeping our stylists schedules filled.

If you cancel/ no show repeatable Minx Hairdressing will request a 50% deposit for all future appointments. All booking deposits are fully credited to your service on the day, or are fully refundable when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. Further noting, any confirmed bookings that are rescheduled/ cancelled under 24 hours will forfeit their booking deposit.


Please be aware that our schedule may not allow for the complete booked service if you arrive over 10 minutes from your booked appointment time.

Please allow for ample parking time.

While we do our best to accommodate last minute changes, if we are fully booked with clients, unfortunately we may be unable to go ahead with a booking and late cancellation policy may apply.


We at Minx Hairdressing take pride, stand by and guarantee our work. If you are unsatisfied we would like to re-consult with you and together come up with a solution. Client RE-DOS will only be honored if the salon is contacted within 7 days of the original service.


If a client is unhappy with the results of the service and has consulted with and received a RE-DO and is still not happy, Minx Hairdressing will use reasonable and fair judgement on any decision to refund the client.
